I’m an award winning UX design lead who blends human centered design, strategy, and digital craftsmanship to make public services more intuitive and e-commerce experiences more delightful. I’ve helped cities like Arlington connect with their communities, redesigned school district websites to actually work for parents and staff, and reimagined the Walmart Photo Centre Canada from the ground up turning confusing clicks into clear actions.
